"PS5 has been running great so far"
I bought my PS5 directly from PlayStation, the whole experience has been really solid. Setup was simple, and the console felt quick and responsive pretty much right away.
Games load a lot faster than they did on my old console, which is probably the biggest thing I noticed. It’s also been quiet, even after playing for a few hours, which I appreciate.
So far I haven’t had any crashes, strange glitches, or annoying issues. It just works like it should, and I’m genuinely happy with it.

"Delivery took way longer than they promised"
I ordered a controller from playstation.com expecting the usual 2-3 business day delivery, but that was apparently a joke. The tracking barely moved for days, so I was stuck checking it over and over like some idiot while the shipping clowns gave basically no useful updates.
When it finally showed up after more than a week, the box was a little dented too. Thankfully the controller itself was fine, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but for a company this big, the delivery experience felt sloppy.

I tried getting a refund through PlayStation, it was a lot more frustrating than I expected. I’m usually careful with purchases because I don’t like taking chances on things I might not be able to return, so the confusing refund rules made it even more stressful. Support kept bouncing me around, and it took way too much effort just to get a clear answer. I did eventually get a response, but the whole process took longer than it should have...

I reached out to support twice and ended up waiting way longer than I expected both times. When they finally replied, the answers felt generic and didn’t really fix what I was dealing with. Personally, I’d be careful relying on them if you need help quickly.

I was just trying to log in like usual, thinking maybe it was a quick glitch or something. Nope. The login keeps failing for no clear reason, and I went from mildly patient to completely over it fast. I just want to get into my account without this happening again

I set up the parental controls for my son, it was simpler than I thought it would be. Being able to set limits on play time and block content based on age feels really useful to me. It took a few minutes to poke around and understand where everything was, but once I figured it out, it worked just fine. For me, it’s one of those features that makes me feel a little more relaxed knowing I have some control over what he’s doing.

I had a smooth time using the site. It was easy to get around, and I found the games and console pages without any real hassle. The search worked well too, which definitely helped. A couple of the menus felt a little packed on mobile, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I thought it was a good experience.

I bought a few digital games everything went ridiculously smoothly. The codes showed up almost instantly, and the downloads were way faster than I expected. I was kind of shocked in the best way, like, zero stress, zero waiting around, just straight into playing...

I mostly stay with PlayStation for the exclusive games. Spider-Man, God of War, The Last of Us... those are the kind of titles that make it hard to switch anywhere else. Buying through PlayStation has been smooth for me too. The downloads usually show up quickly, and I haven’t really run into any major problems. The prices can sting a little sometimes, but when the games are that good, you kind of understand why people keep coming back.

"Warranty repair was surprisingly painless"
My PS5 started randomly shutting itself off, and my immediate snap judgment was that this was going to turn into some annoying repair nightmare. I went through playstation.com, checked the warranty, and followed the shipping instructions they gave me.
It took a little over a week, but they actually kept me updated the whole time, and the console came back working like normal. No surprise charges, no weird runaround, just a smooth fix overall.

The playstation Store does work, but honestly... it gets annoying fast. Trying to search for games feels messy, the filters don’t really narrow things down the way I’d expect, and sometimes pages load strangely?? Once I actually find what I want, buying it is fine, but the whole layout just feels way harder to deal with than it needs to be.

"Security kicked in right away"
So yeah, I had one of those moments where I thought something was off with my account. Not fun. But the security stuff actually worked. Account got locked fast, no weird delay, no guessing around. I was annoyed for a minute, sure, but mostly just relieved. Felt like it did what it was supposed to do when it mattered.

"Controller started drifting and ruined my plans"
I bought a PS5 controller from PlayStation and after just a few months it started drifting. I don’t even play nonstop or anything, so it was really frustrating. I had planned to spend the weekend gaming with friends, but the controller made it basically impossible and totally threw off my plans. Shipping was fine, but for the price, I expected the controller to hold up way better than this.

PSN has been reliable on my end lately. Downloads move along fine, party chat usually stays connected, and I haven’t had to mess with anything. I had maybe one random hiccup, but my shortcut is simple: if I can hop on, download stuff, and talk to friends without thinking about it, it’s working
